From the sellerState Farm commissioned Bloomington artist/designer, Dr. Fred V. Mills, to interpret a popular image of the Company as a fine art ornament. The ornament was named the “1994 Ornament of the Year/Artist of the Year” by a judges panel headed by Hallmark’s Clara Johnson Scroggins, one of the world’s foremost authorities of collectible ornaments.
