Both seems to power on under external DC power ( Marine radios are not supposed to be used ashore, so i couldn’t test them for full functionality and ensure they work correctly). Sold for parts or repairs in accordance with eBay policy and due to parts swappers. Items are sold as is. No charger or battery is included in this auction. what you see is what you get.
