Description
From the sellerThe Chamber is 23 1/2 in diameter and 13 1/2 in height at the edge of the chamber dome. It comes with a Varian BA2-SenTorr that powers up as does the Macro Torr Turbo-V550. I started the turbo spinning but turned it off quickly as the chamber isn't under vacuum. Unit also has a NEAT microstepping device and 10inch stage. I did not power up the stage or controller as I'm not sure how to interface to it. Note the item is quite heavy, 800 lbs +/-. For $400 I can transport this unit down to one of the freight forwarding companies in Ocala. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
