The Rat’s Meal Chip ‘n Dip was a tableware prop sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2003 Halloween season. It resembled a skull surrounded by a large mouth made up of teeth and rotting flesh with two rats feeding on it. Chips could be placed in the center of the mouth and dip in the top of the skull. Appears to never been used other than removed from box. Extremely rare and hard to find in this condition!
