This plate is based on a sketch produced in 1920 as an illustration to Karl Marx's "Das Kapital". The text reads "Workers of the world, unite! Workers have nothing to lose but their chains". Brunswick UBS Warburg has taken the original design from the period and adapted it to create a limited-edition work of art (450 plates made) for all participants in 2002 Russian Equities Conference "Russia: Sustaining Growth".
