This pedal has been tested and is working but the circuit is somewhat noisy whenever I tried it out with a rechargeable battery pack made for guitar pedals. Afterwards, I tried it with my isolated power supply and the noise went away. With all that being said this item is sold as is. Please note that the rubber pad on the bottom of the pedal is missing, and it has Velcro on the bottom of the pedal. This pedal requires a 9V Center negative power adapter to operate(and I highly recommend an isolated one), which is not included in the listing.
