See images for condition. No battery or charger included. Tested and seems to work fine. Missing the hand strap. The casing is missing a screw. The hard drive was replaced with a 60 GB donor drive, and sometimes gives an error. However, you can still record like normal when this error comes up in my testing. I was not able to get the error to show up when taking the item photos. Sold as is for this reason.
