SOLID Sterling Silver Elsa Peretti Swirl Design Writing Tool Pen Prototype

this is ben tested, and is sterling silver When I google it, it told me it was the Elsa Peretti Tiffany style swirl pen BUT PLEASE VIEW THE PHOTOS and as you can see, there is no opening on either end where a pen point would come out When I pulled it apart, you can see there is a spring, but there is no cartridge, but even if there was a cartridge, I honestly don’t know how it could be used as a writing instrument It also does not say Elsa Peretti or Tiffany & Co to the best of my knowledge. I have looked all over so of course I’m open for suggestions and any knowledge if you can message me, it would be greatly appreciated So it may just be a prototype of the Elsa Perretti pen Who knows?? BUT IT IS STERLING SILVER
