From the sellerUp for auction we have 4 quantity Vintage SLR Flashes , three of them do not turn on . The fourth does turn on , that one is the Nikon SPEEDLIGHT SB-24 . The functions work except for the flash itself . It might need a bulb replacement , although I am not an expert on this so they are being sold as is as described .
