IT HAS MINOR TARNISHING. THE 2 CAPS SCREW IN AND OUT. IT IS APPX. 7 3/4 INCHES LONG. A NICE UNUSUAL, COLLECTIBLE OR USEABLE CIGAR TUBE AND WHO KNOWS MAYBE BELONGED TO MARK TWAIN!!!!!!!!
