The product is a vintage Madame Alexander "Sweet Tears" Baby doll with original tag, signed by the brand creator herself. This 14-inch fashion doll features blonde straight hair, blue eyes that open and close, and a light complexion. Made of hard plastic and manufactured between 1960-1969, this Caucasian girl doll is a collector's item from the Madame Alexander franchise.
