This is a Sheaffer fountain pen, mounted on a Lenox (American made) china piece. Neat addition for home office, work desk, or a mantle. Such a cool color (green and off-white) It has no chips, the pen tip is not bent, the threads are intact, and both pieces are in excellent condition. The receiver for the pen is also in great shape and the swivel/tilt control works.
