It is signed by W.H Patterson who at the time was the vice president of the central bank (later to become Bank of America) W.H Pattersons parter at this time was Assa Candler who was the founder of Coca Cola. Patterson bought shares to help build his wealth. And help secure the future of the Bank of America.
