Shakespeare Wonderod 8'6", fiberglass, 2 piece, mid-century ...Very Good

8' 6" SHAKESPEARE WONDEROD in very good condition. Useable. Fiberglass is very good, with some age discoloration. All guides and the eye are excellent. Threading is completely intact. "Welled" cork handle rings are all good, no deterioration, cuts or "chunking". Lock down reel seat is maroon with black rings and trim ( very minimal scratching). Two piece connection is metal and is excellent/tight. The Shakespeare label has a section missing, Howland process is visible (photo #3). The model # is "light" but appears to be # FY 6243....8' 6" with standard taper (photo#6). This rod is very useable if you chose to do so. No rod sock. Shipping to mainland USA only.
