From the sellerVery rare painted version of this flange sign. As found. Sign would clean up Very nicely with and correct care and cleaner. We left that for the new owner. Has been painted on the inside flange at some point of its life. No reserve auction! Will come securely shipped and insured with signature requirement. As as, as shown condition most of the streaks/ dirt should polish out.
