Very old, wooden Sauer's advertising thermometer, SIZE: 4 x 8 x 3/8" thick, with intact but EMPTY original glass tube and both brass tube holders. Face is about 65% legible, still retains some color. The BACK is entirely legible and has the original paper label advertisement for the thermometer maker, Dorfmann Bros.Corona, N.Y. and the directions for use and maintenance. WOW!!! and a scarce find.
