DOMESTIC buyers pay $1.00 for the first item all additional items ship for only $0.10 each (up to 40 items) Bidders of covers and postcards may wait up to one week before making payment in order to combine all items for one shipment. Only items paid for at the same time can be combined with each other. Buyers outside the US pay $1.99 for the first item and only $0.50 for each additional item up to 40 items.
