Description
From the sellerLloyd’s Cabins were located on Route 6 in Galeton, Pennsylvania. Route 6 was known as the Transcontinental Roosevelt Highway. Lloyd’s Cabins were a popular 1930’s and 1940’s roadside stop on Route 6. It had a gas station, restaurant and cabins. The printing on the postcard reads “ First days kill at Lloyd’s Cabins Route 6 1940 Clark”. The postcard shows the wear of its age. The corners are bumped. The edges are worn. The postcard is soiled and there is uneven toning, particularly at the edges. There are creases in the postcard. Please see photos.
