From the sellerThis exceptional miniature Native Silver specimen features filaments of stringy Native Silver in Smoky/Translucent Quartz, where natural silver filaments have grown in a narrow fractures, resulting in a flattened, elongated wire. Other features include silver wire inclusions, a small quartz vug, and thin platy silver habits. The specimen comes from the Carolina Slate Belt, specifically the Piedmont basement rock in the Fall Line Zone, on the eastern edge.
