This is a beautiful Antique Retro Opal Ruby Flower Ring with a central round opal cabochon gem surrounded by a halo of six gorgeous round faceted Rubies of incredible color and stunning beauty. The gems are set in a 10K Rose Gold flower motif setting with leaves on either side of the radiant flower. The effect is of a jeweled flower. The antique wedding ring, or engagement ring, or perfect everyday jewel, abounds with the radiant colors of the antique gems. The opal has wonderful blue, yellow and green fire. The red rubies are an exquisite vibrant color. The ring is 10 Karat Rose Gold. The ring shank has a wonderful design with two leaves on either side of the flower. The ring dates to the Mid-Century Retro period, circa 1930-1950. This is one of my favorite antique retro rings and is a delight to behold.
