From the sellerMaster adapter plateby Intrasonic Technology, Inc. RETRO Trim Plate doesn't actually attach to the wall. It's sandwiched between wall and master intercom. RETRO mounting screws got through the two cut-outs (at 3&9) and the pressure holds it in place once screws are tightened up.
