Description
From the sellerIt was established by an act of the Provisional Congress of the Confederate States on March 16, 1861. Excellent condition. These officers assembled with the CSMC as it stood up in Richmond, Virginia, with the exception of Captain Tansill, who had resigned while still on board USS Congress at sea.
