From the seller
The center chest is decorated with a hand painted dragon head with hand embroidered accents & edging. This is done with fabric paint so it is washable. Bottom has a front curved opening. Skirted area edges are red bias tape with dark red & black hand embroidered designs to give a bit of a dragon scale look.
