This is a working Raytech Model LS-7 handheld ultraviolet light. It is used, it needs bulbs and probably a new plug, the one that’s on it is in need of being properly repaired. I put fluorescent bulbs to check the light, both lights work, push switches work great, it would be easily fixed, or could be used for parts. The inside looks clean the outside shows some wear and tear. See photos, the box is approximately 6 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches. The handle is very sturdy.thanks for looking, questions happily answered.
