This is a RARE Wrights 1990s Pocket Monsters Self Adhesive Patch or Applique. The patch is reusable or can be sewn on permanently. I have a few of these - please see my other listings. This one is a blue-green dragon with red hair and nails. Its tail is iridescent and it has googly eyes. It measures approximately 2 3/4"w x 1 3/4"t and is made of 85% Rayon and 15% Polyester. Please see pics for details. Wonderfully fun patches for little boys.
