RARE Wood Show Favor Button: First National Button Society Convention NBS 1939

What an amazing button to add to your collection! This is a show favor button commemorating the very first National Button Society Convention in 1939, in Chicago, Illinois. I have only seen two other button designs from the convention. This version is unique in that it is a modified rectangle and that it is a ribbon button with larger holes to accommodate a ribbon. The lettering and flowers are all hand painted. In excellent condition. Measurements in photo. Item is shipped via USPS Ground (aka First Class). Packaged with care.
