Rare Schwinn 1982 Paramount Paramountain Frame & Fork Frameset 22” MTB prototype

As seen on the CABE. Bike was a 1982 Interbike Show prototype that never left the ground. Four years later they figured its worth the effort. (Ned Overend wanted one to race) The Fork Crown is a Henry James work of art. Shimano drop outs date it to 1981…a few dings and dents and some paint loss still about 95/96% good. All decals still in good shape. Note the PDG seat tube decal. Very cool. The CABE will have in-depth verbiage on how cool/ great it is was…The original PARAMOUNTAIN head badge still looks awesome!! The is a large frame, but at 5’ 9” I can ride it just fine. Not the rear chain catch non on the seat stay. Also- the clamp on rear derailleur cable stop is pretty epic.
