That includes the original headrests, covers for the arms, cover for top of the chair, the bottom of the chair and the curtain like attachment for the bottom. The chair is in very good condition for the age. The electrical components work as well. This is the nicest one you will find that also has all the original attachments. Smoke free home very well taken care of. Local Pickup Only.
