Large limited-edition U.S. Navy GTMO Chief Petty Officers Association shaped challenge coin featuring a Cuban rock iguana. The green enamel side reads “Leading on Communist Soil Since 1903.” Reverse features GTMO CPOA lettering, three USN Chief fouled anchors and individually marked serial number 972. The iguana’s tail incorporates a functional bottle opener. Heavy gold-tone metal construction with black and green enamel. Approximately 3 inches long. Light surface wear from handling, with no major enamel loss or structural damage visible. An uncommon Guantanamo Bay Navy Chiefs collectible.
