From the sellerCobault blue rim Chatham Twin Lights Plate. I would call this plate "rare" in that my 50 + years of collecting Chatham, MA I have never seen another plate similar to this plate. It was made in Germany for L. Sindey Atwood as stamped on the back of the plate.
