As you can see from the pictures the unit works at least at a basic level and is in good physical condition. There is a slight squeak when the dial is turned. Dial action is smooth and the voltage increase is steady and continuous. Depending on how you wire it you can get output from 0-120 Volts or 1-140 Volts. Beware the unit is heavy so shipping maybe expensive. EBay should calculate it for you.
