From the sellerPreowned Poultry/Kitchen Shears marked Hoffritz. Shape, size and function looks identical to Wusthof 2708. The cutting blade length is 3.75 inches. Thumb lock blade closure. Stainless steel blades with black plastic handles. Coil spring operated. Clean and ready for work. This is an acquired piece, so I have no provenance of age or place of manufacture.
