The best tools always have been made in USA. This is the original paint remover style. 4000 RPM. I like it better than the new 7403 that replaced it for the reason it is shorter and lighter. The handle is better, solid rubber and easily attaches to each side. It has the original disc on it, still new. I don't think it was ever used on a job. Best of the best. Sales only to US, no international sales
