This is a transparent type of PIRATES OF PENZANCE- extremely rare - on the black edge of film it says 483 KODAK SAFETY FILM approximately 4 1/2x4 3/4” - NOT MOUNTED see all photos Lower right edge has small piece of black edge missing. It looks very much like an old type negative with color. Is it a negative or is it a cel? I don’t know. I am no expert on movie memorabilia so I clearly state I am not 100% sure.
