Picture of Pink Floyd "The Barber" is in a wooden frame with glass covering . It is 21"tall &17:wide.I do not know what media this is done in.The back of the picture has serious black tape on it.When I got the picture it had the tape on it. I have no idea why its on there. Floyd also seems to be a little ascue in the frame. He just makes you smile to look at him.
