From the sellerThis listing is for a Phillips Sonicare Toothbrush Charging Base Model 1308261. The toothbrush that went with it would not turn off until the charge depleted so I disposed of it, but the charging base works just fine. When the toothbrush battery depleted, it still charged it up again. It is not refurbished, but I had to choose a condition which had choices of new, open box, refurbished, or for parts. There is no pre-owned category. It has a brown dye stain on the cord as shown in picture 3. It is from a smoke free and pet free home with one owner.
