Description
From the sellerI have collected a new Pennsylvania trout stamp every year since they came out...1993 I believe. The second one I bought always had the plate number on it. I bought it to donate money to the Fish Commission because I loved to trout fish and I got so much enjoyment from it. Now it is time to sell them. I am missing 1999. Have 93-98 and 2000.believeve that after 2000 they went to the paper licenses.
