Phoebe is a beautiful little girl and dressed in her very best. Her dress has an exquisite, embroidered collar which tops her pretty print dress detailed with gold pintucking, embroidery on her sleeves and beautiful gold and maroon hand-smoking on her bodice. She has long golden blonde hair topped with lilac ribbons. Phoebe is pristine in her original box with her little bear friend, certificate, hand tag and is a limited-edition of 550/700 pieces (unlike most at 950).
