Nice Patagonia Dry Top designed for dinghy sailing, can be used big boat sailing/racing or paddling. Highly breathable and waterproof. This top has an inner skirt with pull cord to tighten. It also has an outer hem band with pull cord made of neoprene. Designed to keep water out. The neck has a softex gasket that tightens with velcro. Full disclosere: the neck gasket is heavily worn and has a tear. This top will keep you dry and comfortable in a spray but not immersion. Heavy rain may seep in around the neck. This top is still usable but it is not for storm use. Pricing reflects condition.
