Pair of vintage children's chiming pull toys FOR PARTS, Gong Bell Mfg Co & small

Here's a pair of very vintage used children's pull toys - but only part of each! The large one is unmarked, but I believe it's by the Gong Bell Co of CT. It would have had a wooden figure, which pulled the wheels and caused the chimes to ring. The chimes ring very well! The smaller one is also unmarked and I have no idea who manufactured it. It has 3 quite rusty jingle bells attached to the axle. They jingle, but not too much. Both pieces are sturdy & would be a great project for someone who can put together old parts & make a cute toy.
