Pair Hydrant Wrenches Kochek Firefighter Fire Department

Here's a HEAVY pair of hydrant wrenches. The Kochek appears to unscrew from the "U" bracket when you screw the handle out (exposing the bolt). I don't believe this is how it should work (see pic). When you screw the handle in completely, it doesn't seem to go quite as "closed" as it should and the aluminum "U" bracket has some damage (again, see pics). With the old one, I cannot find an exact match for it. Although it is marked by the manufacturer, I cannot positively read the mark (see pics). Both have seen plenty of use, but still tighten and loosen easily. Again, please see the pics for overall condition.
