Padre Pio statue sculpture one of a kind 1980's Fr Alessio priest estate

It is a authentic wooden sculptue of stigmatist Saint Padre Pio. This extraordinary item was commossioned by Father Alessio Parente, care taker and personal friend of Padre Pio from 1960 to 1968. This remarkable likeness is the work of famous artist Henry Dispirito who only worked with stone but was persuaded by Fr alessio and my mom to do this sculpture in wood to help promote the cause for Padre Pio back in the late 1970's and early 1980's.
