From the sellerI looked up p@e professional engineer and found out to become a professional engineer you need 4years of college and complete a bunch of classes and other stuff to become a professional engineer,,anyway this p&e professional engineer license plate topper is as good as they get,in great new old stock unused condition,its enamel on brass and its in great condition with no damage of any kind its a beautiful example,,it measures 3-1/4 inches across the round part and 4-1/2 inches including the bracket,super nice item.
