Ozalid pic developer rubber belt conditioning powder General Aniline & Film Corp

This stuff is classic, old, vintage rubber belt conditioning powder from the Ozalid film company. Ozalid products division, General Aniline and Film Corporation. Johnson City N.Y. Directions say sprinkle powder on developer belt and rub in. Not a whole lot of information on this product that I can find other than the Ozalid film company. Its possible this could be from the late 19th century. The label is a little damaged on one side at the bottom. Could be easily glued back on. As you can see in the picture, it is completely sealed up still and never been opened. Could be great for antique film collection.
