It is DLA100-90-C-0356, which I believe dates it to 1990. It is 100% Polyester Fiberpile and was made by Tennier Industries, Inc. Judging from the paper label, it looks like this may never have been used, or not much, because laundering would surely have mangled it - yet it is in excellent condition (see pics).
