New! The Capcell Pak ADME-HR columns are also manufactured in preparative scales and are therefore suitable for scale-up. Osaka Soda´s Capcell ADME phases are to be used for the analysis of polar components, in which a sufficient separation was not achieved with a C18 column. Instead of adapting the mobile phase, the Capcell ADME-HR column separates metabolites quickly and efficiently by means of a selectivity difference under the same conditions. Adamantyl is used as a functional group in chromatography for the first time. Due to its pronounced hydrophobicity and, at the same time, high surface polarity, the selectivity is particularly good for polar analytes, e.g. biogenic amines or metabolites are suitable. The name ADME is an abbreviation for Adamantane.
