100% original pre-1945 manufacture; Purchased in 2009 from an Antique & Militaria dealer, who stated the helmet was discovered on a battlefield site near Lenningrad (now St Petersburg); Has a Rolled rim, and has retained its original filed grey finish; If shipping costs are lower than the $15.00 posted, I will refund the Buyer the difference; NOTES: due to the amount of rust /wear on the helmet, I cannot read any numbers or letters that may have been imprinted when manufactured.
