From the sellerPre WW2 US Army officer's collar devices for their uniform. This is a pair of devices with a screw back post. This was introduced in the 20s and used into the 30s when the manufacturers changed the attaching devices. Starbursts on the back side of the device. Shipping by USPS ground advantage mail in the US.
