Artist "Gill" is a highly elusive, yet incredibly collectible, Californian airbrush artist known for Art Deco-style Hawaiian and tropical art. Operating primarily from the 1930s through the 1950s, their stylized airbrush techniques and cutout stencils captured classic "Aloha" motifs , This is an original. This is its original frame , Parmelee out of San Francisco normally framed up Gills work . I have one more up for sell at this time and on the back it talks about where it was hung for many years .
