HTF original 1966 poster for Giuseppe Verdi's opera Aida, designed by the acclaimed Polish graphic artist Roman Cieślewicz. The poster was created for the Teatr Wielki (Grand Theatre) in Warsaw, Poland. 26.5”x38.25” Near mint condition Iconic The design is a highly stylized, abstract interpretation of the opera's Egyptian theme, using geometric shapes, primarily pyramids, to form the word "AIDA".
